CUSTOMIZED LOOPS

  • Geothermal loops certified to ANSI/CSA/C448 and NSF/ANSI 358-1 standard.
  • Available in 3/4″, 1″, 1 1/4″, 1 1/2″ and 2″ diameters.
  • Factory made from Versapipe HD100 GEO pipes. Custom lengths from 200′ to 3,000′ depending on project requirements.
  • Factory sealed and pressurized for guaranteed fit on site.
  • VERSAPOINT U-bends are the narrowest on the market. Improved geometry allows for minimal boring width and superior fluid circulation as well as TWINLOOP assembly on site!

LONG-TERM RELIABILITY

  • Connecting pipes for geothermal circuits.
  • Made of high-density polyethylene PE4710 listed in the Plastics Pipe Institute (PPI) TR-4 listing
  • Available in diameters from 3/4″ to 8″, SDR 13.5, SDR11 and SDR9 thicknesses.

The geothermal loops with a double U-Bend TWINLOOPMC in HDPE help reduce the costs of installing and operating geothermal systems.

  • Easy insertion: the geometry of the double U-Bend is designed to be abrasion resistant and minimize insertion effort into the borehole.
  • Significant reduction in total drilling depth, up to 20%!
  • The geothermal system is safer; it retains more than 70% of its performance in case the pipe from one of the loops is damaged.

We advocate the observance of the standards in force in the field of plastic manufacturing, in order to follow a strict production approach and ensure the full and consistent quality of our products.

Versaprofiles is certified ISO 9001:2015 and undertakes actions based on the ISO 14001 environmental management standard.

  • Use of a water filtration system
  • Purchase of bulk resin delivered by truck and stored in our silos, thus minimizing the delivery of pallets and cardboard boxes.
  • Recycling of raw material rejected during granulation process production
  • The raw material is tested according to the standards of the Plastic Pipe Institute TR-3, ASTM D3350 and ISO 13477 or 134780
  • An inspector reviews all raw materials, products and practices three times a year without notice
  • Samples are collected randomly during the year to revalidate pipe compliance
